I have been looking for a mini nas case for home server and stumbled upon this. This product is just great. The fact that its being manufactured in India and with the quality and precision marking for the pc components, I would definitely recommend one to buy if you are looking into a Home Server or a NAS build.
1. There are 5 slots for HDD/SATA SSD
You can directly contact XtremeMiner team to convert this case to a hot Swapable HDD/SATA SSD case with some extra price.
2. There are 2 handles included to be mounted on top.
3. 2 Fans in the case
4. 4 USB ports and one very clicky satisfying cool button to it.
5. The over all look is also amazing with a very different robust server kind of look
6. The material used is pretty heavy and durable thick metal sheets and not like those flimsy lose cases from china.
Apart form all the good-
I found that the corners to the metal plate that is detachable has patterns paint being smoothed but considering the fact that the company is fairly new and taking up reviews positively and from the response from seller it would be resolved in future revisions.
With all this wishing all the best to this company cause India needs some pc part manufacturing.

I was looking for computer cases to build a humble NAS which blends in nicely among furniture... And somehow I found this tank with no reviews.
It has 5 slots for hard drives and the bottom part can also accommodate about 6 more drives (if you can 3D print some mounting mechanism) so I can add a sata expansion card and have 6 more drives.
The build quality is VERY Industrial. Everything is build out of thick sheet metal. If this thing ever falls on the floor I'll definitely have to replace some tiles but surely not this.
It's surprisingly modular you can swap panels, top/front & sides or even flip the whole case upside down. The handles are also nice and heavy. I originally wanted to spray paint it all white, which I might still do at some point but for now a simple wood vinyl does the job for me. The power switch is nice and clicky. The usb ports are just usb2.0 which is kinda ok for my intended use. This fits any normal PSU and you can do so in two orientations.
I am planning to put real wood panels with CNC holes for fans and a nice satin polish as the front and top panels as the fan gril is a bit meh...
Anyway... Deduction of one star as the build quality is kinda... Let's just say... Indian/Desi... Rough paint finish, a few improperly tapped holes and the lack of pwm fans. Atleast the fans are not loud but you can definitely hear them at night if you are in the same room.
Though I really hope this Brand/Company Grows.
